Thank you for choosing CREAiT LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and billing related to our services provided through https://getcreait.com (the "Site") and our CREAiT OS platform (the "Services").
By purchasing or subscribing to our Services, you agree to the terms of this policy. Please read it carefully before making any purchase.
2. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
2.1 Monthly Subscription
Our monthly subscription services are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled
• You will be charged on the same date each month as your original subscription date
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
2.2 Setup Fees
One-time setup fees are charged for initial platform configuration, customization, and onboarding services. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on your account.
3. REFUND POLICY
3.1 General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our Services and the immediate access granted upon payment, all purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
3.2 Setup Fee Refunds
Setup fees are non-refundable once any of the following has occurred:
• Your account has been created and configured
• Onboarding or training sessions have begun
• Custom integrations or configurations have been implemented
• Any deliverables have been provided
If you request a cancellation before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund of the setup fee.
3.3 Monthly Subscription Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription:
• You will retain access to the Services until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time
• Your subscription will not renew after the current period ends
3.4 Exceptions
We may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
• Duplicate charges due to technical errors
• Unauthorized charges (fraud)
• Service was unavailable for an extended period due to our fault
• Other circumstances at our sole discretion
4. FREE TRIAL
If we offer a free trial period:
• You will have access to the Services during the trial period at no charge
• At the end of the trial, your payment method will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends
• It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial period ends if you do not wish to continue
• Free trial eligibility is limited to new customers only
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
5.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

5.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:
• Immediate suspension of your account
• Collection efforts for any amounts owed
• Ineligibility for future services

• Date of purchase
• Amount charged
• Reason for refund request
